Position Summary:
Scheduling and assigning work to the Tech’s on the floor as required, Communicating with foreman, work details to customers, both internal and external, Prepare quotes including parts and labor for customers, ensure parts are organized when vehicles arrive to be worked on, Opening/Closing of repair orders, Clearly identify work as warranty or retail, Check for warranty recall when unit arrive, follow-up with customer on the status of their repairs.
